8700-9700 Pro-Stock Tractor

1.)   Kill switches, drivers must be able to emergency stop tractor from tractor seat this must be consider primary kill switch.  air shutoff must be spring-loaded closed.

2).   The turbo inlet diameter shall be maximum of 3 inches. This can be a solid smooth (non removable) restrictor that is no more than .125 inches from face of the compressor wheel, and with on other air inlet between the restrictor and compressor housing. No slots.

3.)   Turbo exhaust may not exceed 4.0 inches in diameter, measured within .125 inches from turbine wheel and may not have any other exhaust outlet, including wastegate or wastegate housing .All decrepencies will be decided by tech committee.

4.)   650 cubic inch limit in all weight classes.

5.)   One Bosch type injector pump, no sigma style pumps.

6.)    Tractor must have wheelie bars ten (10) inches or less above ground and support the weight of the tractor.

7.)    No nitrous oxide or propane.

8.)    Tire size maximum of 24.5x 32.

9.)     Tractor must have side shields covering engine compartment that will contain any fluids or engine parts.

10.)   Tractor must have steel flywheel, no cast iron allowed.

11.)   Tractors will be equipped with a clutch blanket or steel shield no less than ¼” thick and 5-inches wide.

12.)   Tractor must have a roll cage strong enough to support the weight of the tractor in case of a roll over.

13.)   Drivers will wear a seat belt, helmet and fire jacket during the pull.

14.)    Engine must run on factory designed fuel.

15)    2 springs to pull throttle back to idle; 1 on pump 1 on throttle handle..
